PAD KA PRAO ( WOK THAI BASIL )

Pad Ka pRow Moo is a delicious dish made with minced pork and holy basil served with rice and fried egg. It is a true classic in Thai cuisine that is as popular with locals as it is with tourists.

This is a traditional recipe from Thailand that will go home with both friends and family who like Thai food.

It is one of the country's most loved dishes as it is such a tasty and easy dish to prepare.

Do like this

1. Heat a frying pan over medium and add a little water.

2. Add a minced pork (100g) to the hot water.

Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the meat has lost its raw color.

3. Pour in the Thai basil wok sauce 30ml ( 2 tablespoons ) and continue to stir on medium heat.

4.Add the fresh basil leaves and continue to stir until the basil leaves are wilted.

Then remove the frying pan from the heat.

Serve with rice and top with a fried egg,

Enjoy your meal.

Pad Thai Gung ( Prawns )
2 portions

Ingredients

- 150 g Prawns

- 200 g Rice noodles

- 20 g Salted peanuts

- 100 g bean sprouts

- 60 g Hello Thailand Thai noodle sauce

Instructions

1. Boil a pot of water.

Cook noodles for 4–6 min, or until soft.

Drain the water and rinse the noodles in cold water.

2. Heat frying pan over medium heat.

Add prawns fry for another 3–4 min, until prawns are cooked through.

3. Lower to medium heat and stir in noodles and bean sprouts, pour in Hello Thailand noodle sauce in the frying pan and fry for 2–3 min! Clear!!

4. Place pad thai noodles in deep plates and squeeze over lime juice from remaining lime wedges.

Garnish with peanuts. Ready to serve.

🍜 Torr Nudelrätt – Kuay Teow Haeng (ก๋วยเตี๋ยวแห้ง)

🥢 Ingredienser (för 1 portion)

  • Risnudlar (tunna eller breda, enligt preferens): ca 100 gram (blötlagda om torkade)

  • Kokt kött eller protein: t.ex. fläsk, kyckling, fiskbullar, 

  • Böngroddar: 1 näve

  • Salladslök eller kinesisk gräslök: skivad

  • Koriander (valfritt)

  • Rostat vitlök i olja: 1 tesked ( Valfritt )

  • Jordnötter (rostade och krossade): 1 matsked

  • Limeklyftor till servering

Gör så här

​1. Koka nudlarna enligt anvisningarna (om inte färska), häll av och ställ åt sidan.

2.Förbered alla tillbehör: kött, grönsaker.

3. I en stor skål, blanda nudlarna med Hello Thailand nudel sås, 

4. Lägg till böngroddar, kött/protein och toppa med vitlök i olja, jordnötter 

5. Servera med en limeklyfta och extra chili vid sidan om för att justera smaken själv.
